Students in Dakota Meadows Middle School in Mankato, Minnesota created a web site which covered the Vietnam era. These students interviewed Vietnam veterans, anti-war activists, Mankato State University faculty and Viernamese and Hmong immigrants to get their impressions of the Vietnam war from these different prespectives.
These students were gold winners in Category 2 Community Groups and Special Populations in the International Schools Cyberfairs 2003 competition.
Dakota Meadows also has done a web site on the memories of WW II veterans.
